He stalks the ramparts of his fortress as a storm thunders overhead. Lightning streaks across the sky, illuminating him in electric white light.

He wears a golden crown upon his head, and a royal robe of blue sweeps down off his shoulders. He carries an iron scepter in one hand and a proclamation in the other. He is the Emperor, and his rule is law.

He holds the power to accomplish anything, but he wields that power solely for the sake of his subjects. He cares for them and tends to them. His power is not corrupt. It is soft and nurturing, and his subjects adore him for it.

He seeks to share power. He elevates others. He is not selfish with his authority.
