Death greets you, not with a sickle, but with a rose. It is draped from head to toe in a long, dark robe, and from the hood and sleeves you can see its skeletal visage.
“You are about to experience a profound change,” it says to you, its voice a monotone. “You are on the brink of a new chapter in your life and a renewal of self.”
“Please, sir,” you find yourself asking. “What is this change you speak of?”
“That is yours, and yours alone, to discover. I cannot say to you what it will be. Only be open to the change, or it could miss you completely.”
“Thank you, sir,” you say. “How will I know if I am open to the change?”
“Pay attention to your past lives. They will provide you with a sense of awareness and expansion of self.”
You feel a sense of understanding and awakening kindle within you. You are ready to push forward and embrace the change promised to you.
