Oh man… That's not justified. Even if they did copy someone's HD, what are they going to do? Windows Search each computer for keywords relating to criminal activities? My computer stays inside the country from now on.
Pretty much my thoughts on it, as well. An individual's right-to-privacy should be a high priority to the authorities. They shouldn't be looking for ways to violate that right.
