It seems strange that, when I ran a Google to search for examples of ‘egomaniacal rantings’ as research for a SFF short story, Bill O’Reilly came up as the top three subjects. It was also plainly evident that very few people understand that ‘egomaniacal rantings’ is actually demonstrative of clinical psychosis, rather than just simple narcissism.
