I think it’s important to know what your spiritual gifts are. Everyone has spiritual gifts, and we all have varying degrees of each gift. Knowing what your gifts are enables you to foster those
gifts, to strengthen them, and find ways to use them in ministry.
There’s a nice little online Spiritual Gifts Inventory that seems to be pretty accurate. It’s 110 questions and takes only a couple of minutes to complete. Here are my results, which are pretty accurate:

Last time I checked was something like four, five years ago – They were primarily discernment, intercession, and encouragement.
In hindsight, I know teaching was nowhere near the top, but I’m wondering if that’s changed, ’cause I know gifts change over time and such.
