Big on the Internet: SF writers who blog by Carol Pinchefsky – Intergalactic Medicine Show

Over at the “Intergalactic Medicine Show”:http://www.intergalacticmedicineshow.com, Carol Pinchefsky has written an interesting article about the number of science fiction writers who blog. And now that she mentions it, I _have_ noticed that a lot of the bloggers I’ve met along the way also seem to be aspiring writers of speculative fiction. Now, I realize that this will in no way be representative of the population as a whole, since my readership is far too small for such things, but this is the time for everyone (even those of you who simply lurk) to speak up.

If you read this site, even if you are just passing through, I want you to leave a comment and tell me that, yes, you do write science fiction or fantasy stories (even if they have never been published), or no, you do not write science fiction or fantasy stories. I’m just curious to tabulate the results and see what I find out. And yes, I _will_ post the results, so I need everyone’s participation here to give the best snapshot possible.

Ready? Go!

Edit: I’ve bumped this article to the top and stickied it there for the time being. I’m really very interested in finding out about all the SF&F and non-SF&F writers and bloggers out there. So, everyone who visits, please add your vote to the poll at the right and leave a comment here. If you write SF&F, I’d be interested in learning what format you primarily write in (e.g. short story, novella, novel), if you’ve ever been published, what titles you’ve written, etc. Please feel free to chime in!
